Exercise time people. May is almost here, and i know most of you should have some free time when the nice weather begins. lets see how active you are and who can complete this exercise challenge by the end of summer. i know this will be my goal over summer XD

ReplyDeleteWorkout is always a good thing. Have you heard about Bruce Lee's training. I've heard from a friend of mine it's one of the best schedules.
